Employees motivation for quality management: is achieved by qualifying and education and stimulated by rewarding. We follow the principle that every employee is responsible for his mistakes and quality of his work.

In order to obtain the efficiency and continuity of quality system accomplishment, the management of the company reviews activities of the system and requires regular evaluation by performing the internal audit.
